No right of withdrawal for room bookings on a specific date
Under Section 312g(2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities where the contract specifies a particular date or period for performance. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal in any case.
